Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, safety, and freshness, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened consumable goods. All eligible sales are considered final.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sipntripteahouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not entered processing or shipping. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
